Napkin rings, knife rests and menu holders in engraved copper were commissioned by Michelin Star Chef Christophe Dufau and made especially for his restaurant les Bacchanales in Vence on the French Riviera. The small brass sculptures or ornamental tableware were designed to serve «amuse-bouches», bite-size appetisers or «mignardises», sweet delicacies.
The hand-hammered copper plates were made for the Nespresso’s VIP evenings at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. The dinner menu and the decor for this event were both inspired by Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s documentary «Le Monde du silence» which won the Palme d’Or at the 1956 Cannes Film Festival.
